Truffles
The chocolate truffle is so named because it resembles the ground truffle. Dusted in cocoa powder, it looks like its namesake. My rolled truffles are also available rolled in confectioner's sugar, chocolate sprinkles, graham cracker crumbs, or chocolate shavings. These rolled truffles should be enjoyed within a week for maximum freshness.
However, for a longer lasting truffle, I use a candy mold shaped like a rolled truffle or other beautiful shapes and styles, and fill them with truffle ganache (the center). These you will be able to enjoy much longer, although they may disappear quickly!

Pretzels
Salty and sweet in any combination! Add flowers to pretzel rods and make them into unique bouquets.
Dipped Twists: Mini pretzel twists dipped in any chocolate. 4 oz. = $4.50
Dipped Rods: Half dipped in chocolate and rolled in sprinkles of any color. $2.00
Decorated Rods: Top half of rod is decorated in vanilla flavored candy melts in a
variety of colors and shapes. $3.00
Peanut Butter Favorites
Creamy peanut butter filling made with confectioner's sugar and butter is the center for either the old fashioned bon bon shape or the traditional cup.

Lollipops
Flowers, smiley faces, sea creatures, baby themed, and hundreds of other fun shapes! Sizes range from .5 oz - 3 oz of chocolate. Any chocolate or vanilla can be used, and detailing is available on some designs.

Fudges and Barks
Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge: Creamy, rich, but not TOO sweet! Made with a semi-sweet or dark chocolate. Plain or available with cashew nuts.
Peppermint Bark: Solid dark or milk chocolate melted, sprinkled with crushed candy canes, then cooled and broken into pieces. Packaged in large plastic cello bags for holiday gifts or a minty treat!
Tiger Butter: Peanut butter and white chocolate blended then swirled with dark chocolate for a creamy, nutty, chocolate delight! Cooled, broken or cut into pieces and packaged.
Crispy Rice Bark: Milk chocolate favorite! Sweet, crunchy, and simple!
